Three options for download are available.
1) The complete and original file, including the "letter" and all references. (largest file)
2) The "letter", but excludes the references. Filename ends in "NO REF" (smallest file)
3) The references, but excludes the "letter". Filename ends in "REF ONLY" (second largest file)
